Save a Life with Naloxone In-Person
Our WCC Collegiate Recovery Program is hosting a brief Naloxone training. The opioid crisis continues to impact our community in devastating ways. As more people in our community continue to get trained on how to administer Naloxone properly, we are seeing the rates of death by overdose begin to slowly decrease. Through this training, we are saving more lives. Naloxone is a life-saving medication that can reverse an overdose from opioids, including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioid medications.
