Save a Life with Naloxone In-Person

Library Active Learning Zone, 1st floor GM building

No registration required

WCC Collegiate Recovery Program and the Bailey Library are hosting two Naloxone trainings provided by OPEN (Overdose Prevention Engagement Network) and the UM School of Nursing. Why? Because preventable opioid overdoses continue to take the lives of our community members. Naloxone is a life-saving medication that can reverse an overdose from opioids, including heroin, fentanyl, and prescription opioid medications. October's training is open to those who wish to learn more on how they can save a life with Naloxone. November's training is intended to help spread the message by teaching you how to teach others on how to safely administer naloxone.

Sponsored by WCC Collegiate Recovery Program and the WCC Bailey Library.
