Study Room- WCC Student Reservation 

The Basics:

• All Study Rooms are available for use by students enrolled in at least one credit hour of WCC classes for the current semester.
• Subject to the library hours of operation, Group Study Rooms are available for checkout for two (2) hours. 
• All Reservations must be made at least twelve (12) hours in advance and cannot be made more than seven (7) days in advance.
• A student is limited to making no more than two (2) reservations in a seven (7) day period.
• Repeated "no cancel & no show" may result in a suspension of reservations.

In Addition:

• For Group Study Rooms
  • Rooms are restricted to groups of two (2) or more students.
  • Four other Group Study Rooms cannot be reserved and are only available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Rooms are for studying and academic work only.  If you need a space for hosting a club meeting, let us know at circdesk@wccnet.edu and we'll find you a space in the library or refer you to an office on campus that can better accommodate you and the number of attendees you expect.
• For Individual Study / Testing Rooms:
  • Rooms are restricted to one (1) student at a time.
  • Two other Group Study Rooms cannot be reserved and are only available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Default reservation time is two (2) hours.  If you need additional time, modify the reservation while booking or contact us at circdesk@wccnet.edu immediately after booking.

Location:

• All Study Rooms are located in the Bailey Library, Gunder Myran Building, 1st Floor.
• All Study Rooms are along the outside walls of the library. User Services Staff will help direct students upon checkout.

• ADA compliant
• White board 
  • Markers available at User Services Desk
• Electrical Outlets 
• Wifi
